* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Trinity River near Long Lake (Oakwood).

* WHEN...Until late Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 40.0 feet, Moderate flooding of ranches along the
river is expected. The coffield prison farm and ranch lands will
be moderately flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 41.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 35.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late Sunday morning and continue falling to 32.7 feet early
Monday afternoon. However, additional rises are possible due
to forecast rainfall tomorrow.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding below Easterly
is expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 22.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will continue to decrease today but
additional rises are possible tomorrow due to expected
rainfall.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and south central
Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas,
Bell, Bosque, Coryell, Ellis, Falls, Freestone, Hill, Johnson,
Limestone, McLennan and Navarro. In northeast Texas, Anderson,
Henderson and Leon. In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may become flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rainfall totals of 1.5 to 3 inches, with isolated higher
amounts up to 4 inches.
