In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with additional heavy rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches are possible through late afternoon.
