...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING... * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Guadalupe River at Hunt. * WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding reaches the Highway 39 bridge floor two miles east of Hunt preventing easy travel to western parts of the county. Areas of the headwaters are isolated temporarily as low water crossings flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:05 PM CDT Monday the stage was 11.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 4:05 PM CDT Monday was 11.4 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 12.6 feet this evening. It will then fall late this evening. It will rise to 12.1 feet just after midnight tonight.
