In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow moving thunderstorms may result in additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches with isolated totals in excess of 4-5 inches. - weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
