The National Weather Service in Amarillo has issued a Red Flag
Warning for breezy winds and low relative humidity, which is in
effect from 10 AM to 7 PM CST Thursday. The Fire Weather Watch is
no longer in effect.

* WINDS...For the today, southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to
55 mph. For the tomorrow, west to northwest 15 to 25 mph with
gusts up to 40 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...For the today, as low as 7 percent. For the
tomorrow, as low as 9 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...For the today, in the mid 60s to mid 70s.
For the tomorrow, in the lower 50s to mid 60s.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* SEVERITY...Critical
