VALLEY DE ORO, HIGHWAY 87 NORTH OF AMARILLO, AND A PORTION OF NORTHERN POTTER COUNTY. * ADDITIONAL INFORMATION...SMOKE AND FIRE WILL PRESENT A THREAT TO LIFE AND PROPERTY.
