In Pennsylvania, Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, and Wyoming Counties. * WHEN...From noon Friday to 7 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A mix of snow and sleet moves into the area Friday afternoon, some freezing rain could mix in during the evening hours. The wintry mix of snow, sleet and possibly freezing rain continues into the overnight hours before ending early Saturday morning.
