Winds gusting 50 mph, with 65 mph gusts across eastern Tucker county. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. * WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 1 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes. Strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines especially across the highest ridgetops.
