For the Wind Advisory, north winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Carbon and Monroe Counties. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, from 6 AM Sunday to 1 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
