Winds gusting as high as 60 mph. * WHERE...Northern Erie County. * WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 4 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected late Monday afternoon and evening. Snowfall rates may reach 1 inch per hour at times.
