Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Occasional showers will produce 1 to 3 inches of rain today and tonight which will fall onto soil that is already very wet.
