FOR SOUTHWESTERN CADDO AND NORTHEASTERN KIOWA COUNTIES...

At 758 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles southeast of
Carnegie, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Carnegie, Fort Cobb, Fort Cobb Reservoir, and Stecker.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms.

...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northwestern
Comanche, southwestern Caddo, northern Jackson, Kiowa, southern
Harmon and southeastern Greer Counties through 815 PM CDT...

At 741 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles south of Carnegie to near Tom Steed
Reservoir to near Gould. Movement was east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Altus, Hobart, Mangum, Granite, Apache, Blair, Lone Wolf, Mountain
Park, Roosevelt, Martha, Gould, Friendship, Cooperton, Altus Air

western Oklahoma, Washita.

* WHEN...Until 1045 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 731 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has
fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
