The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected late Monday afternoon and evening. Snowfall rates may reach 1 inch per hour at times.
