...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EST THIS EVENING... * WHAT...West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected. * WHERE...Erie, Huron, Hancock, Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca, and Wood Counties. * WHEN...Until 10 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must drive. &&

...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST TUESDAY... ...LOW WATER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST TUESDAY... * WHAT...For the Gale Warning, west winds 30 to 40 knots with gusts up to 55 knots and waves 6 to 9 feet. For the Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels. * WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay to Vermilion OH, and the open waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay to Vermilion OH. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 7 AM EST Tuesday. For the Low Water Advisory, until 1 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Below normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...At 9 AM the water level at Toledo was 50 inches below low water datum and will continue to drop into early afternoon. Water levels across the western basin are forecast to fall between 4 to 6 feet below low water datum, which is at minimum over 3 feet below the safe level for navigation. The lowest water levels are expected during the daytime hours today. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the vessel for hazardous conditions. Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due to below normal water levels. &&
