...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...The following counties, in southwest Ohio, Butler,
Hamilton and Warren. In west central Ohio, Greene, Miami,
Montgomery and Preble.

* WHEN...Until 100 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 808 PM EST, radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1 inch of rain
has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.75 to 1.25
inches are possible.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Dayton, Hamilton, Kettering, Middletown, Beavercreek,
Fairfield, Huber Heights, Fairborn, Mason, Trotwood, Oxford,
Miamisburg, Lebanon, Forest Park, Springboro, Vandalia,
Sharonville, Englewood, Monroe and Trenton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette,
Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the
following counties, in northern Kentucky, Boone, Campbell,
Carroll, Gallatin and Kenton, and the following counties, in Ohio,
Brown, Butler, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Fairfield, Fayette,
Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Madison,
Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross and Warren.

* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Soils remain moist and excessive runoff may result in
flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and
flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and some thunderstorms will move across the region
through Thursday morning. Rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is
expected, with local amounts up to 3 inches possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible flood warnings.
People  living in areas that are prone to flooding should be
prepared to take action should flooding develop.
