...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EDT THURSDAY... * WHAT...East winds 15 to 25 knots and waves 4 to 7 feet. * WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from the the Islands to Willowick OH. * WHEN...Until 4 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds and largest waves are expected this evening and from late Wednesday afternoon through Wednesday night, with a brief lull in conditions Wednesday morning. Winds shift northerly and increase on Thursday, and either an extended Small Craft Advisory or Gale Watch will be needed to cover that period. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
