* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Ohio, including
the following counties, in north central Ohio, Ashland, Knox,
Morrow and Richland. In northeast Ohio, Holmes and Wayne.

* WHEN...Until noon EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 600 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicate heavy rain has fallen across the warned area.
Flooding is ongoing. Between 2.5 and 4.5 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected this morning. Thunderstorms are possible this
afternoon and evening.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Mansfield, Mount Gilead, Lexington, Loudonville,
Fredericktown, Bellville, Shreve, Glenmont, Mount Eaton,
Chesterville, Nashville, Waterford, Apple Creek, Butler,
Perrysville, Lucas, Fredericksburg, Gann, North Liberty and
Mohicanville.
- Flooding is ongoing on the Black Fork of the Mohican River
near Loudonville and the Clear Fork of Mohican River near
Bellville. The Whetstone Creek is also flooding near Mount
Gilead.

creeks.

Richland. In northeast Ohio, Wayne.

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 434 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms occurred overnight. Flooding is ongoing in the
warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.3 inches are possible in
the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Mansfield, Wooster, Ashland, Shelby, Orrville, Ontario,
Crestline, Dalton, Hayesville, Polk, Smithville, Apple Creek,
Jeromesville, Mifflin, Rowsburg, Nankin, Reedsburg and
Olivesburg.
- State Route 302 remains closed.
