Temperatures in some locations may remain around freezing through 9am. Localized slippery conditions are possible due to black ice are possible, especially on any untreated surfaces. Motorists should exercise extra caution when driving and allow for extra spacing between vehicles. Temperatures should rise above freezing at all locations after 9am.
