* WHEN...From Friday afternoon to Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Low-lying areas unprotected by levees begin
to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early
tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 20.9 feet Sunday morning. It
will then fall below flood stage late Monday evening.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

including the following areas, Bates, Caldwell, Carroll, Cass,
Chariton, Clay, Clinton, Cooper, Henry, Howard, Jackson, Johnson
MO, Lafayette, Linn MO, Livingston, Macon, Pettis, Platte,
Randolph, Ray and Saline.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
