Total snow accumulations between 10 and 18 inches, sleet accumulations between one tenth and two tenths of an inch, and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...McLeod, Meeker, Sibley, Dakota, Scott, Blue Earth, Brown, Le Sueur, Nicollet, Rice, Steele, Waseca, Watonwan, and Goodhue Counties. * WHEN...From 7 PM Saturday to 7 AM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
