Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Kandiyohi, McLeod, Meeker, Renville, Stearns, Todd, Wright, Douglas, and Pope Counties. * WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 6 AM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
