Total snow accumulations up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west central Minnesota. * WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 PM CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Blowing snow will lead to areas of quick and sudden reductions to visibility, making travel difficult, especially in rural areas that are prone to blowing snow.
