For the Gale Warning, west winds 25 to 35 knots with gusts up to 45 knots and waves 7 to 12 feet expected. * WHERE...St Joseph to Manistee. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 AM EDT Tuesday. For the Gale Warning, from 8 AM Tuesday to 2 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
