...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO 7 AM EST FRIDAY... * WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Cass MI, Northern Berrien, Southern Berrien, and St. Joseph MI Counties. * WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 7 AM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Falling snow combined with strong west winds will create reduced visibilities and areas of blowing and drifting snow. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 5 1 1. ...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST THIS MORNING... ...STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM THIS MORNING TO 1 AM EST THURSDAY... * WHAT...For the Gale Warning, southwest winds 25 to 30 knots with gusts up to 35 knots and waves 6 to 11 feet. For the Storm Warning, west winds 35 to 45 knots with gusts up to 55 knots and waves 16 to 21 feet expected. * WHERE...St Joseph to Manistee. * WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 7 AM EST this morning. For the Storm Warning, from 7 AM this morning to 1 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous waves will capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gales early this morning will increase today to storm force to 50 knots. Storm force winds will continue into tonight. Waves will build into the 16 to 21 foot range in all areas. Winds will shift to the northwest tomorrow with Gales of 35 kts expected to continue through Thanksgiving day. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
