...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM EDT THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following counties, Macomb and St. Clair. * WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 759 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible over the area over the next 3 hours. This additional rain may result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Richmond, St. Clair, Romeo, Marysville, Armada, Memphis, Columbus, Adair, Rattle Run and Smiths Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
