* WHAT...Southwest winds becoming west winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts
up to 45 mph.

* WHERE...Bay, Huron, Midland, Saginaw, Sanilac, and Tuscola
Counties.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high

...LOW WATER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...During the Gale Warning, expect sustained winds up to
32 knots from the west with gusts up to 43 knots. The largest
significant waves will be 6 feet with a potential maximum wave
height of 8 feet. During the Low Water Advisory, abnormally
low water levels.

* WHERE...Inner Saginaw Bay SW of Point Au Gres to Bay Port MI.

* WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 2 PM EDT Monday
with the largest waves expected around 4 PM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Below normal
water levels will result in hazardous navigating conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...At 9:00 AM EDT this morning, the water
level at Essexville was 3 inches below low water datum. The
critical mark for safe navigation is 10 inches below low water
datum. Southwesterly winds increase through the morning further
reducing water levels to near 2 feet below low water datum. Wind
shift to the northwest early this evening should allow water
levels to rebound to above the critical mark tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.

Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due
to below normal water levels.
