...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST TUESDAY... * WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph. * WHERE...Gratiot, Isabella, Clinton, Ingham, and Jackson Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Visibility and road conditions may change rapidly over short distances in lake effect snow. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills below zero and as low as -10 to -15 degrees through Tuesday morning may lead to frostbite if precautions are not taken. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... During lake effect snow, the weather can vary from bands of locally heavy snow to dry weather just a few miles away. Visibilities can also vary greatly.
