For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero in the valleys, and 20 below zero on the ridges. * WHERE...Portions of north central and western Maryland, northwest Virginia, and eastern and panhandle West Virginia. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 10 PM EST this evening. For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 10 AM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
