At 647 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near White Marsh to near Parole, moving east at 25
mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches to
fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as damage
homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by downed
trees. Localized power outages are possible. Unsecured
light objects may become projectiles.

Baltimore, Severn, Annapolis, Crofton, Middle River, Riviera Beach,
Mayo, Naval Academy, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Baltimore-Washington

heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
has fallen. The expected rainfall rate as the heavies storms move
through is 3.5 to 4.5 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall
amounts of 1.5 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
