...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 7 PM EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations between 3 and 6 inches and ice accumulations between
one tenth and a quarter of an inch, with locally higher amounts of
snow and ice at higher elevations. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...In Connecticut, Northern Litchfield and Southern
Litchfield Counties. In Massachusetts, Northern Berkshire and
Southern Berkshire Counties. In New York, Eastern Rensselaer
County.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous from snow, sleet and ice
accumulations. Plan on slippery road conditions. Power outages and
tree damage are possible due to the ice, snow and winds.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds turn strong Sunday night into Monday
with gusts reaching up to 60 mph. Strong winds combined with any
ice on trees could result in additional power outages.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.

* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwestern Connecticut, western
Massachusetts, east central and eastern New York, and southern
Vermont.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Widespread icing adding additional weight on
trees and power lines before the high winds arrive could
exacerbate tree damage and downed power lines.
