Total snow and sleet accumulations between 3 and 6 inches and ice accumulations between one tenth and a quarter of an inch, with locally higher amounts of snow and ice at higher elevations. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...In Connecticut, Northern Litchfield and Southern Litchfield Counties. In Massachusetts, Northern Berkshire and Southern Berkshire Counties. In New York, Eastern Rensselaer County. * WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous from snow, sleet and ice accumulations. Plan on slippery road conditions. Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the ice, snow and winds. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds turn strong Sunday night into Monday with gusts reaching up to 60 mph.
