For the Gale Watch, northwest winds 20 to 30 kt and seas 3 to 5 feet possible. * WHERE...Portions of Massachusetts coastal waters and Rhode Island coastal waters. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 1 AM EST Sunday. For the Gale Watch, from Sunday evening through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
