* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4
inches.

* WHERE...Portions of southeastern Massachusetts and northern and
southern Rhode Island.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 7 PM Sunday. The bulk of the
accumulating snow will fall very late tonight into Sunday morning.
Additional snow showers may bring accumulations through Sunday
afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions especially for those
who are traveling Sunday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.

kt with gusts up to 25 kt and seas 2 to 4 feet. For the Gale
Watch, northwest winds 20 to 30 kt and seas 3 to 5 feet
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Massachusetts coastal waters and Rhode
Island coastal waters.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 1 AM EST Sunday.
For the Gale Watch, from Sunday evening through Monday
afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
