In southeast Kentucky, Clay, Jackson, Lee and Owsley. * WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of larger creeks, streams, especially in low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 357 AM EDT, Flooding is ongoing in the warned area, as 2 to 4 inches of rainfall had occurred in the past 18 to 24 hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
