In Indiana, Benton, Jasper, Lake IN, Newton, and Porter Counties. * WHEN...From 3 AM CST Friday to 9 AM CST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 to 30 minutes. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
