north central Kentucky.

* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 11 AM EST /10 AM CST/
this morning. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 10 PM EST /9 PM
CST/ this evening to 11 AM EST /10 AM CST/ Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could
result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
