* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, The 100 year flood level is exceeded.
Highway 1050 S in Adams County east of Geneva begins to flood.

- At 10:45 AM EDT Friday the stage was 14.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 10:45 AM EDT Friday was 14.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.9 feet
this evening. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday
afternoon.

roads are flooded. Evacuation of east side residents near Bellmont
High School becomes necessary.
