south to southwest winds to 30 kt. For the Gale Watch,
southwest winds to 35 kt.

* WHERE...Winthrop Harbor to Calumet Harbor IL, and Calumet
Harbor IL to Gary IN.

* WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until noon CDT today. For
the Small Craft Advisory, from noon today to 10 PM CDT this
evening. For the Gale Watch, from Friday afternoon through
Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Low visibility
will make navigation difficult.

* IMPACTS...Low and highly variable visibility could make driving
conditions hazardous.
