Warning.

* AFFECTED AREA...Portions of south central and southwest Illinois
and southeast Missouri.

* TIMING...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* WINDS...South winds 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 22 to 26 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
