The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM EDT /10 AM CDT/ this morning to 8 PM EDT /7 PM CDT/ this evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a Fire Weather Watch, which is in effect from Saturday morning through Saturday evening. a Fire Weather Watch has also been issued from Monday morning through Monday evening. * AFFECTED AREA...Florida fire weather zones 013, 016, 017, 018, 019, 027, 326, and 426. Georgia fire weather zones 145, 146, 147, 156, 157, 158, 159, and 160. * WIND...On Saturday...southwest 10-15 mph, with gusts near 20 mph. On Monday, northeast winds near 15 mph, with gusts around 25 mph. * HUMIDITY...On Saturday, 30-35 percent. On Monday, 15-20 percent, followed by poor humidity recovery on Monday night. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
