HAZARD...Whiteout conditions with near zero visibility associated with intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading to blowing snow. Wind gusts up to 20 mph. SOURCE...Trained spotter in Millis, Massachusetts reports visibilities less than one-quarter mile and snowfall of of 1.5 inch in 30 minutes. IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes. Locations impacted include...
