The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA...In Colorado, Fire Weather Zone 201 Routt Forecast Area. In Utah, Fire Weather Zone 486 Eastern Uinta Basin. * TIMING...From noon to 9 PM MDT Tuesday. * WINDS...Southwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...10 to 15 percent. * IMPACTS...Fires will catch and spread quickly.
