Minor coastal flooding from a combination of high surf and high astronomical tides during the evenings. * WHERE...Beaches of Orange and San Diego Counties. * WHEN...Through 11 PM PDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with isolated road closures expected. Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and beach erosion. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Predicted higher high tides: Newport Beach: Tuesday: 7.0 feet at 7:59 PM.
