At 230 PM PST, Doppler radar was tracking a shower 11 miles west of Stinson Beach, or 19 miles southwest of San Rafael, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Waterspouts possible and wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous waters. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM PST THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Napa County in northern California... East Central Sonoma County in northern California... * Until 530 PM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 227 PM PST, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the advisory area. Minor flooding is already occurring. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
