For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 12 possible. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Alabama, northwest Florida, and southeast Mississippi. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 2 PM CST this afternoon. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from midnight tonight to noon CST Monday.
