* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations
between 3 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central and east central South Dakota.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Whiteout conditions will
make travel extremely dangerous or impossible. Strong winds could
cause tree damage.
