Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Baldwin Peninsula, Kivalina and Red Dog Dock, and Noatak Valley. * WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to midnight AKST Sunday Night. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow.
