Water levels 2 to 4 feet above the normal high tide line, peaking during each high tide. * WHERE...Western Arctic Coast and Kotzebue Sound. * WHEN...From 4 AM Wednesday to 4 AM AKDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Localized beach erosion may occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southwest winds will steadily ramp up Wednesday into Thursday, remain strong through Friday, then gradually weaken Friday night into Saturday.
