* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Large northeast swell from Typhoon
Sinlaku will bring hazardous surf along north and east facing
reefs through at least Friday afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to
dangerous surf conditions.
