* WHAT...East winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas
5 to 8 ft expected.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Cabo San Juan to the waters
between Anegada Island and Virgin Gorda and North 10 NM,
Coastal waters east of Puerto Rico, around Vieques, and around
and just north of Culebra and Saint John and Caribbean waters
of Puerto Rico from 10 NM to 17N, including the coastal waters
of Saint Croix.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM AST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
