Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall from Erin will affect the local area through early next week. The heaviest rain is expected along southern and eastern Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, with accumulations ranging from 2 to 4 inches, and isolated amounts up to 6 inches through the entire period. The northwestern quadrant of Puerto Rico will receive 1 to 2 inches, and isolated amounts up to 4 inches. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
