...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING... * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall. * WHERE...All of Puerto Rico. * WHEN...Through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. Landslides in areas of steep terrain, particularly along the Cordillera Central. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected this afternoon, with isolated higher amounts, especially along the interior. Elsewhere, rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible with any thunderstorm activity. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
